Ballroom Dancing

Bedford High Sports and Performing Arts Complex runs Ballroom Dancing lessons every Thursday evening during the school term-time for adults. 

The classes are led by an experienced and qualified dance teacher on a Thursday evening in the Sports and Performing Arts Complex Theatre. The theatre has a large dancing area, enabling all dancers to dance more freely in the large space. For anyone wishing to learn a new skill in a fun and social environment, improvers lessons run between 7:00-8:00pm. For those with a little more experience, and those wanting to brush up on existing skills there is also an 'intermediate' class 8:00-9:00pm on Thursday evenings. These classes are open to all and there is a possibility (on completion of a full term and at the discretion of the tutor) that you can be assessed in order to gain a Social Dance Award in Ballroom Dancing.

The classes are run in a fun, relaxing way creating an excellent learning environment for all.
