Caythorpe Court by Millie Sutton
Upper Two went to Caythorpe Court in Lincolnshire on the 12 June 2009 .The bus ride was one and a half hours long. As soon as we got there we were allocated to our tents, mine was tent number 36.
Our Leader was Stewart, a very nice man, who was a little bit crazy. He taught us lots of songs including ‘There was a crazy moose', ‘1,2,3 PGL song', ‘Birdie Birdie way up High' and ‘Peel Banana, Peel Peel Banana'. I can't choose a favourite!
My favourite activity was probably Giant Swing. It was my favourite activity because you got pulled up really high by everyone else. When we got as high you and your partner wanted, you pulled a cord and would fall down to the ground. Then the rope would hold you up and you would swing out of the way of the floor and zoom up high again. So cool !!
Other activities that we did were fencing, high ropes, raft building, abseiling, archery, all aboard, trapeze, orienteering and finally ENZE.
PGL Caythorpe Court was the best school trip I and my class mates have ever been on.
