Judo - Silver and Bronze

Saturday 26th September saw two more Hellcats in action at the Northern Home Counties red belt rumble in High Wycombe. This is a competition for novice competitors.
Both Cecily Cook and Georgia Stroscik entered the same weight group and fought their way into the final three places.
The places were so tightly contested that all three girls won one fight each and had to refight the final to sort out the medal places.
The final result was an excellent silver medal for Cecily and a Bronze medal for Georgia. Both girls came of the mat with ear to ear grins and were very pleased with their performances.
