Cardiovascular Room

The Cardiovascular Room (Gym) within the Bedford High Sports and Performing Arts Complex is an informal relaxed place for exercise. The well appointed room is used regularly by pupils, parents, staff and public throughout the day and evening.

Equipment and machines in the Gym include:

• Treadmills
• Cross-trainers
• Exercise Bikes
• Multigym
• Rowing Machines
• Step Box 
• Free-weights Stack
• Exercise Balls
• Exercise Mats

After an induction with a member of staff in the use of all of the equipment users of the gym are free to use the gym at any time during our normal opening hours. For current prices of the gym induction, as well as all of the available options for paying to use the gym (drop in sessions, multi-pass, six or twelve month membership, gym/swim multi-pass), please look at our current prices.
