PA Contact List Information Form

Over the past few years, the Parents Association, with the Junior School, have compiled "contact lists" for each form and year group in the Junior School. These are very helpful as an aid for communication, particularly when there are new pupils starting. You should have received one for your daughter at the start of the year.

The list is updated in June/July and then again in November. If you would like any changes to be made to your details, please complete the form (see downloads on the right) and return to the Junior School office, so that the amendments can be included in the new list.

In order to comply with the Data Protection Act, we we will only include your daughter's and your own details on these lists if you have given permission (usually when your daughter first joins the school).  Each girl will only receive the details for her own year group.
