Exercise Classes

Currently, spinning classes take place on a Monday 6-6:45pm and Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm

Please note we have a Health and Safety Policy in operation. You can download it from the right hand side of this screen. Please be sure to read it before attending your first exercise class.
