Individual Lessons

Individual Lessons at the Bedford High Sports and Performing Arts Complex Swimming Pool can be organised at a mutually convenient time during our normal Opening Hours. Anybody from the age of 3 years is able to have individual lessons.

The individual lessons are designed in such a way as to be completely flexible to the requirements of the individual having the lessons. The qualified and experienced teachers will help all swimmers to build on current skills, learn new skills or simply improve confidence in the water.

Lessons take place in reserved lanes where space permits, providing an excellent environment for the less confident swimmer. Lessons are run as 30 minute or 60 minute classes depending on the needs of the individual. 

We also offer two-to-one lessons for children of similar abilities who want to have lessons together.

Lessons can be paid for as individual lessons or by blocks of 10 lessons.
