Extra Curricular Activities

We introduce girls to a wide range of opportunities and experiences in the Junior School, where a wealth of extra-curricular activities is available. 

These activities enable your daughter to develop her own personal interests. It is also a great opportunity to get to know girls from other years with similar interests. Many of our clubs, such as Maths Club, Choir Practice, Instrumental Group, Environmental Club, Textiles Club, Judo, Tennis, Gym and Dance take place during lunchtimes. A few clubs may take place after school.

Music, Art and Drama form an important part of the school week for all the girls. Your daughter may decide to have extra lessons in Ballet, Tap or Modern Theatre Dance and there is a wide range of musical instruments from which the girls can decide to have individual lessons. Extra-curricular lessons are also available in Speech and Drama.

There are residential trips to Adventure Centres and the whole school enjoys a visit to a Pantomime in January each year.
