Critical & Creative Thinking by Clare Greenwood and Allie Hill
Once upon a time, 19 newly fledged Critical Thinkers went on an adventurous voyage of mental discovery.
Our destination: the British Library for a workshop called 'Exploring the World's Knowledge'.
For countless generations, trees have gone to the slaughterhouse and ended up in their graves of glass cabinets and in the vaults beneath this impressive building. But these books are not dead; we could feel the life emanating from this reference library, as people went about, feeding off the tree of knowledge.
We were guided through the making of history, shown how to learn from appearances and had all our preconceptions challenged.
These 19, having benefitted greatly from the day, will continue to expand their horizons during the rest of the greatly anticipated Critical & Creative Thinking course.
