On Sunday 15 March over fifty Lower 5 and Lower 6 girls took part in an expedition training day at the school field. 

They learnt various aspects of camp craft including pitching tents, camp cooking, use of a compass, use of route cards, packing a rucksack and camp clothing.

Thankfully the weather was good and nobody had to try out their first aid skills!

Hopefully the girls will remember the skills they have learnt for their forthcoming expeditions.
