It has been a very busy summer for talented alpine skier Holly Tutt (Year 7), who has made a brilliant start in her first U14 slalom races on adult gates, despite still being only 12 years old.

The first year in the U14 category is acknowledged in ski racing as the toughest year as children move on to using full size gates in slalom, and also start racing Super-G, against older children with more experience.

U14s are also included in the overall ladies’ rankings for a race against U16, U18, U21 and older. Holly has consistently come within the top 10 indoors so far.

Holly is currently part of the Ambition Racing Team, where she spends around 10-12 weeks a year training with them. Ambition Racing is recognised as one of GBR's leading alpine ski racing academies. The programme has been responsible for producing a number of Britain's top alpine ski racers for over a decade.

Holly’s recent results.
