We are delighted to announce our upcoming Autumn Term  Alumnae Speaker Series, introducing a number of inspiring members of our alumnae community, who will be delivering sessions on a number of topical and thought-provoking subjects.

On Thursday 28th September 2023, we will be welcoming Psychologist and Executive Coach, Kate Lanz (BHS 1982). CEO and leader of Mindbridge, Kate created ‘NeuroSmart’, using executive coaching techniques and applied neuroscience.

In this session, Kate will be discussing her book, All the Brains in the Business: The Engendered Brain in the 21st Century Organisation (The Neuroscience of Business). The book examines the power of gender difference, not gender equality, and is a secret source for success. Some smart businesses are starting to wake up to this fact. This book explores why and how. Her insightful work looks at how understanding our brains aids collaboration and teamwork.

The event is open to everyone in the BGS community and will be held in The Hub, commencing at 7.00pm.

Tickets are priced at £5 per person and will include light refreshments, book here.

We do hope you can join us for what promises to be a series of engaging and illuminating sessions.

If you can any questions about the event, please contact Emma MacKenzie in The Alumnae Office by email: [email protected]
