The 2011 International Baccalaureate Diploma results are excellent giving us our highest ever average points score of 36.47. Over 20% of candidates scored at least 42 points with Bryony Couchman achieving 44 points and a further 3 girls achieving Bilingual Diplomas.
Joyce Shek achieved a 7 in Higher Level Mathematics and in addition to her overall Diploma score of 42, Joyce also achieved 6 points for an additional course in German.
28% of the Higher level results were 7 points, equivalent to the A* grade at A level, 61% were equivalent to A*- A and 89% A* - B grade equivalents. We are really delighted by these successes and are confident that as the girls progress to University they have received an excellent foundation for independent learning.
