Sixth Form News

The publication of the GCSE results today has seen pupils at Bedford High School for Girls achieve excellent results.

• 92 per cent of all students gained at least one A* or A grade
  
  
• 37 per cent of the year group achieved at least 10 GCSEs
  
  
• 13 girls gained all A* and A grades
  
  
• one pupil, a delighted Julia Danskin, achieved a full set of 10 A* grades.

Mrs Julie Eldridge, the school's Headmistresses said "I am delighted that the girls have achieved such excellent results - my congratulations to them all.  Most of them will continue their studies here to A level or the International Baccalaureate Diploma, and they clearly have a strong foundation for this."
