£50,000 challenge at launch of Bedford High School Foundation

Friday 9th May saw the launch of Bedford High School Foundation which has been established to raise funds to enhance the bursary provision as well enabling the school to continue to invest in the facilities it is able to offer its pupils.

Local business man Mr Clifton Ibbett a former Governor and parent will Chair the Foundation.  At the launch he announced a £50,000 challenge - an anonymous donor has pledged to match up to £50,000 the amount raised between now and the end of June 2008.  The Foundation has already received gifts in excess of £15,000 and is hoping with your support to secure the remainder in order to take full advantage of this wonderful opportunity.  To request a brochure email foundation@bedfordhigh.co.uk
